By booking a party with HRSC you are agreeing to the following terms:

Waiver: This is a skate & play at your own risk facility.
Please read the full details listed below as they will be enforced:

[box]INCLEMENT WEATHER: In the event of inclement weather your party may be postponed (by you or HRSC staff) or rescheduled.[/box]
[box type=”info”] CARRY INS:  Carry in food and drink is NOT ALLOWED. ***Exception: In the event of a food allergy, please contact management for approval. AFTER APPROVAL a food item may be allowed for the individual with the allergy only.[/box][box] RESERVATION TIME:  PLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE EARLY. The facility will be ready at the start of your reserved time, NO EARLIER.   **If you arrive early you will be asked to wait in the lobby until your reservation begins. Staff will be readying the rink. At the conclusion of your reserved time we do ask that all rentals are returned to skate counter and all patrons have exited the building within 15min. so we may accommodate other guests.[/box][box type=”info”] PLEASE NOTE:  Socks are REQUIRED to use the facility.  If children arrive without socks they will still be charged admission but will NOT be allowed to skate or use the playground facility.  Socks are sold at the facility for $2 a pair.   Patrons may bring their own skates or rollerblades-package price does not change. All personal equipment must be inspected by HRSC staff prior to use, equipment must be clean and in general “good repair.” Times, prices, & packages subject to change without notice. Adult supervision required. Scooters are NOT allowed.[/box][box]ALLERGIES:  Items containing peanuts and other tree nuts ARE SOLD in the vending machine. Nut products are not used in the kitchen or concessions.[/box] [box type=”info”]BILLING: Your final headcount will determine your balance. A minimum charge of 50 guests WILL APPLY for private parties (reservations occurring when we are not open to the public).  Final payment at the conclusion of event is preferred. Groups with prior approval can be invoiced. Invoices must be paid within 20 days. A late fee of $50.00 will be applied to outstanding balances.  A minimum pkg price may apply. We accept cash, VISA, and MasterCard. *Credit card information is NOT kept on file. To pay by credit card a card must be PRESENT AT FINAL BILLING. Personal checks will NOT be accepted. Business checks require prior approval. Tax exempt numbers must be on file for qualifying organizations. Coupons will NOT be accepted. Gratuities are not included in quote and are solely at the discretion of the customer.[/box][box type=”bio”] Total number of guests, skating & observing cannot exceed 400 persons.[/box]
 Before entering the facility the safety rules must be read to all students and faculty.  It is recommended that safety rules are read to students before exiting the bus.

SAFETY RULES: Students and staff will be required to adhere to following safety rules:
1. Obey all verbal and written rules at all times.
2. No stopping or standing on the skating surface unless instructed by the DJ.
3. Remain skating in the regular skating direction without skating into the center dark blue circle unless instructed by the DJ.
4. Food and drink is NOT allowed on the skating floor, on the ledge around the skating floor, in the playground, on the video games, or in the bathrooms.
5. No skater is allowed to pick up/carry another patron.
6. Racing, chasing, and playing tag is not allowed.
7. The use of cell phones, music devices, and headphones is prohibited on the skating floor.
8. Playground Rules: No shoes or skates allowed, socks are required, no food or drink, no climbing up the slide, no climbing underneath, behind, on top of, or along the outside of playground.
9. Supervision / Discipline: It is the responsibility of the teachers, staff and chaperones to supervise and discipline patrons while using the facility.
10. All rules outlined in the school code of conduct apply.
11. All accidents and concerns must be reported to HRSC senior staff immediately.

Skating Parent Chaperones: Same Rate As Children

Roller blade rental for both children and staff is $2.00 extra, Except pkg. #4.

Groups with 40-99 skaters may be held for up to 2 hours.
Groups with 100 or more skaters may be held for up to 3 hours.

Additional hours can be reserved for $75 per hour – Must be arranged at booking.

A minimum payment of 40 skaters is required for a private party.

Prices are only valid with a reservation.
Prices are valid Mon-Fri 8AM-3PM during scheduled school days.

Carry-in food and drink is not allowed.
Coupons will not be accepted as a discounted rate has been given.
