A manager may file a police report depending on the theft.<\/td><td><\/td><\/tr><tr><td>10.<\/td><td>Stealing from a Customer<\/td><td>Customer is permanently suspended from the property. A manager may file a police report depending on the theft.<\/td><td><\/td><\/tr><tr><td>11.<\/td><td>Physical Altercation (hitting, punching, kicking, throwing an object)<\/td><td>Customer is suspended from the property for 1 year &#8211; permanent suspension. A manager may file a police report depending on the severity.<\/td><td><\/td><\/tr><tr><td>12.<\/td><td>Damage to Property<\/td><td>Minimal Offense\/Damage, Verbal Warning, Customer pays for the damage and is suspended for 30 days.<\/td><td>Larger Offense\/Damage, Customer pays for the damage, and the customer is permanently suspended for the property.
