• Everyone pays the $1 entry fee, even to observe.
• Children 7yrs old & younger must have an adult stay with them – no “drop-offs.”  The adult is not required to skate.
• No carry in food or drink allowed.
• No passes or coupons accepted.
• No cake or presents permitted during this special event.
