2.Failure to Follow Rules on the Skating FloorVerbal WarningCustomer is suspended from the property for 30 days. *If this is a recurring issue with the same child, a parent or guardian must be at the rink, supervising the child until further notice.
3.Wrestling / HorseplayVerbal Warning – If a 2nd occurrence happens on the same day the customer must leave for the day with no refundCustomer is suspended from the property for 30 days. *If this is a recurring issue with the same child, a parent or guardian must be at the rink, supervising the child until further notice.
4.Inappropriate Clothing: including swear words, offensive language or imagery; hate speech; wording or images that may be considered racist, sexist, or derogatory; clothing that may create a tripping hazard or visual impairment of any kindVerbal Warning, Customer must make corrective measures

9.Stealing from the RinkCustomer is permanently suspended from the property. A manager may file a police report depending on the theft.

11.Physical Altercation (hitting, punching, kicking, throwing an object)Customer is suspended from the property for 1 year – permanent suspension. A manager may file a police report depending on the severity.
12.Damage to PropertyMinimal Offense/Damage, Verbal Warning, Customer pays for the damage and is suspended for 30 days.Larger Offense/Damage, Customer pays for the damage, and the customer is permanently suspended for the property. A manager may file a police report depending on the damage.
